This is the place for lots of family fun and recreation.
Sweetbay and Oakleaf are required by deed to be members of the VGRA. Those in River Oaks and The Willows may choose to become members.

SAFETY / HEALTH REGULATIONS:
Violations of these regulations can result in pool closure and/or fines as dictated by DHEC 1- No solo swimming or diving. 2- No running pushing, boisterous or rough play, spitting or nose-blowing. 3- No smoking in fenced area 4- No glass allowed in pool or on pool deck area 5- No persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may use pool 6- No persons with skin, eye, nasal infections, open lesions or wounds in pool 7- No person with diarrhea or nausea in pool 8- No animals or pets in pool or pool area- DHEC requirement 9- No disruptive music, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or roller blades allowed in pool area.
CHILDREN AT THE POOL:
1- Swim-diapers required for all non-potty trained children 2- Children 6 and younger must be accompanied to restroom by adult 3- Children 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult, 18 or older Adults are responsible for the conduct of their children. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
HOUSEKEEPING RULES:
Pool Hours 6 AM to 10 PM Keep gate locked AT ALL TIMES. No climbing on fence Please close pool umbrellas after use and remove personal items upon exiting. Keep bathroom doors closed & lights off when not in use.
GUESTS: Children under the age of 18 may not have guests at pool Members must accompany guests at all time Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests

Pool Key Replacements
Do you need a pool key card or bathroom key replacement? If so, please contact the community manager at Ravenel & Associates for more information. Please note that a fee of $15.00 will be charged for all replacement keys.
